The Hotel delle Rose is a wonderful structure, immersed in the typical countryside of the Sardinian wildlife. It is equipped with every comfort, the ideal location, where you can spend a pleasant holiday to relax and have fun. It is located in a strategic position and it allows to reach in a few minutes’ drive the most famous and sunny beaches of the islands, along the wonderful Emerald Coast. Cala di Volpe, Liscia Ruja, Cala Petra Ruja, Li Itriceddi and many others that still are pretty close to the hotel in Porto Cervo and are certainly destinations worth visiting more than once during your stay. Porto Cervo, which is a few kilometers away, is a synonym for VIP tourism, Caribbean beaches, the natural beauty of a timeless island. It is also worth saying that it has the best nightlife and social life of the entire coast. The structure offers a unique experience, for an irresistible lifestyle. Immersed in the wonderful view of the most classic Mediterranean vegetation, you can taste the local and authentic specialties, an international cuisine of the highest level and an unmatched comfort. Tour e degustazione delle cantine Surrau
La Cantina, situata nel territorio di Arzachena, è circondata da un appezzamento di circa 15 ettari prettamente di uva a bacca bianca di cui 4 impiantati nel 2020 e non ancora in produzione.
L’edificio si sviluppa su due piani per una superfice complessiva di 2500 mq. È una struttura progettata con tecniche all’avanguardia e con materiali utilizzati in chiave innovativa e in armonia con la tradizione dei luoghi.
Il piano superiore ospita la Sala Degustazione, la Wine Boutique, la Galleria d’Arte e la Sala Congressi. Il piano inferiore invece è dedicato alla produzione. Per la qualità della sua accoglienza e per la vicinanza alla Costa Smeralda, la Cantina rappresenta un punto di riferimento alternativo agli itinerari classici del turismo in Gallura ed in Sardegna.
Le tenute si estendono su una superfice totale di circa 60 ettari, dislocate in 8 appezzamenti siti in diverse località del territorio di Arzachena-Palau. Di questi 45 sono di uve vermentino mentre i restanti 15 di uve rosse.
La visita della Cantina ha una durata di circa 20 minuti e viene fatta in lingua Italiana e in Inglese sia per gruppi di massimo 30 persone che per singoli. Inizia con l’introduzione delle origini della Famiglia fondatrice, segue la storia del territorio e della cultura vitivinicola della Gallura per poi entrare nel vivo della produzione attraverso la visita dei locali denominati Bottaia e Barricaia.

Escursione in gommone con conducente
NOVAMARINE SEVENTUG
Il gommone ha una lunghezza di 7,5m ed è equipaggiato con un motore fuoribordo Suzuki da 300 hp. È stato completamente refittato nel 2021, i tubolari e la coperta sono di colore nero e nel pozzetto si è aggiunto il teak soft touch. Dispone di accessori tra i quali: doccia, scaletta di risalita, impianto hi-fi bluetooth, tendalino parasole a prua, cuscineria completa, frigorifero.
JOKER BOAT CLUBMAN 30
Questo gommone ha una lunghezza di 10m ed è equipaggiato con due motori Suzuki da 300hp. Il gommone è completamente nuovo ed è in consegna a dicembre/gennaio. È un mezzo con una grande vivibilità e confort grazie allo spazioso pozzetto a poppa con tavolo da pranzo e al bagno giorno sotto la console di guida. Anche questo, come il Novamarine, ha tubolari e scafo neri ed è completo di teak. Dispone inoltre dei seguenti accessori: doccia, scaletta di risalita, impianto hi-fi bluetooth, tendalino parasole a prua, cuscineria completa, T-top sopra la console di guida.

Percorsi escursionistici sui sentieri del Pevero Health Trail
Il territorio di Arzachena è così eterogeneo che non meraviglia trovarci sentieri naturalistici immersi nella Macchia mediterranea, magari circondati dal mare cristallino della Costa Smeralda.
E’ il caso del Pevero Health Trail, due percorsi che si snodano nel promontorio di Monti Zoppu, un’area di pregio ambientale incastonata tra le zone del Pevero e di Romazzino, dove troviamo anche alcune delle spiagge più famose degli oltre 80 chilometri di litorale della destinazione Arzachena Costa Smeralda.
Un tempo l’esplorazione di questo tratto di costa, ancora completamente selvaggio, era riservata agli amanti del trekking dotati di un po’ di esperienza.

The reception
Our welcoming is one of our most distinctive traits of the Hotel delle Rose. The reception staff is always ready and available to welcome you and help with professionalism, goodwill and kindness. They are very careful to every demand of the clients and they never disappoint, when it comes to privacy. Restaurant TEN – as we already highlighted, the Hotel delle Rose’s renowned restaurant is one of its diamond points. International chefs cook every day and night, meat and seafood specialties. A creative and contemporary cuisine that will wink at the most radical Sardinian traditions. The cuisine will offer every time, some new delicacies that will evoke timeless tastes, mixing them to the aromas and the modern taste of high cuisine. A unique location – sitting comfortably at the restaurant table, it is possible to taste one of the many plates wisely prepared by the Hotel’s cuisine. As a background to the tastes, there is an incredible location that will satisfy the senses and restore the spirit. The tables will surround a luxurious central pool that, at night, is illuminated by delicate and romantic lanterns. Blooming plants, soft lights and a particularly curated focus for every detail. A location that will make lunches, dinners and aperitive very unique.
Our staff at the Hotel Delle Rose reception is always available to the guests for check-ins, check-outs, information, reservations and advise. Inside of a spacious and bright hall, Delle Rose welcomes its own guests, inviting them to stop for a while and enjoy some pleasant relaxing moments, alone or with some company.

Between all the hotel services, we have to remember also the extra comfortable and exclusive private parking, reserved to the structure’s guests. The parking is marked and located in front of the hotel reception and is one of the many comforts, available for the guests during all their stay. The Delle Rose welcome begins even before you step physically inside out structure.
Every one of the hotel rooms provides and ensures a Courtesy Kit, ready for every guest. There is a complete kit with shampoo, conditioner, body cream, razor and toothbrush, always available, in order to never miss the essential on a trip. For a perfect holiday, nothing is forgotten, not even a toothbrush! The direction has always thought to even the smallest details, so that the hotel rooms in Porto Cervo would be equipped of every comfort, to make your holiday really special and thoughtless. Everything for the comfort of our own guests.
A particular attention has been reserved to the care of the linen. Every room is provided with pillows of different width and 10 cm toppers, available on request, in order to sleep well and rest. Other textile decor items have been realized with fabrics of the highest quality, that will make any room luxuriously comfortable and relaxing.

The restaurant TEN is an oasis of gastronomic pleasures and flavor experience. Wrapped in the charming private veranda, that views on the indoor pool of the structure, the restaurant surprises every guest with a sophisticated menu of local and international excellences. Specialized in seafood cuisine, it is a landmark in the Emerald Coast for its simplicity, taste and quality.

BREAKFAST
Not just lunches, dinners and aperitifs, on holiday the taste buds begin to celebrate from the morning.
From 7:30 am in the hotel restaurant a rich international buffet is served (with an Italian, international and vegetarian menu), accompanied by express dishes specially prepared by the chefs. Breakfast - included in the overnight stay for our guests - is also open to external customers.

Hotel Delle Rose is equipped with a gym equipped with the most modern machines and fitness solutions.
On request - and depending on availability - our personal trainer service is active, thanks to which it is possible to be followed by one of our dedicated professionals, to obtain the best possible result in taking care of your shape.
POOL
In a luxurious, refined and elegant environment, such as the one in the Hotel delle Rose, a pool available to the guests could simply not miss.
The pool is looking on a unique location, characterized by the typical Sardinian Mediterranean vegetation, that you can admire between a swim and the other. People who prefer, instead, to relax after a swim, sipping on a drink, can do that by the pool laying on a sunbed or repaired by the sun under an elegant outdoors pergola. An unforgettable experience for every one.
PRIVATE PARKING
Available for all the clients in the structure, there is also a spacious external and not covered parking lot, located right in front of the reception. The places are marked, in order to facilitate maneuvers and parkings.
